 application
 Add a few drops of Wild Orange to an unscented lotion and spread over body.
 Simply add a few drops of essential oil to the shower gel for an invigorating shower.
 For an energy boost, place 1-2 drops in palms of hands, equal parts Peppermint and Frankincense. Rub palms together and take a deep breath, then apply to the back of the neck .
 Application Notes
 Diffusion:  Three or four drops in your choice of diffuser.
 Internal intake:  Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid.
 Local application:  For massage, mix 5 drops of oil with 10 mL of carrier oil. Mix 5 drops of oil with 5 mL of carrier oil for a bath. As a perfume, mix 1 drop of oil with 10 drops of carrier oil.
